Advancement Office projects

The Advancement Office works closely with the Rector’s Office, the School Heads, the St Stithians Council, the Old Stithian Association and the St Stithians Foundation.

During the past year, the Advancement Office has done substantial work on updating the alumni database. Alumni are requested to update their contact details via email to

In addition to regular school marketing and public relations events, the Advancement Office supports three major campus events: the Easter Sports Festival, the Saints Water Polo Festival, and the Skyline @ Saints concert.

The current (2015) fundraising projects of the Advancement Office are:

  • R8m to support the programmes of the Thandulwazi Maths and Science Academy
  • R10m as matching funding in the Three Pavilions Campaign – to build a Boys’ Sports Pavilion between the Jamieson, Oval and Baytopp fields, a Girls’ Sports Pavilion at the tennis and netball courts, and to enhance the existing conference facility at the One & All Club as a sports pavilion overlooking the Wayne Joubert field.
  • R2.5m capital funding towards the Saints Endowment Fund.
